1.If your potato size is bigger than the cutter capacity, please slice it into half size firstly before using the cutter.
2.Please don't use it to cut sweet potato as it is too hard and it may damage the cutter.
How to replace blade:
Rotate the button to right direction, then put the new blade after taking out the old blade, rotate button to fix it.
